Early buyers will therefore be rewarded by being situated in the best blocks of the entire project: blocks J and K. For your investment you'll receive a targeted dividend of approximately 8% per year. This will be provided from revenue taken in the peak 6 months of the holiday season. You can holiday at the resort at any time in the other 6 months of the year and there is ample room for you to bring guests and no limit on the amount of time you can stay for.
